Note: To add, modify or remove settings in an advanced delivery policy, you will need to be a member of the Security Administrator role group in the Microsoft Security & Compliance Center and the Organization Management role group in Microsoft Exchange Online.

Follow these steps to add a new Advanced Delivery Policy.
Log into the Microsoft Defender Portal.
Under the Email & collaboration section, navigate to Policies & rules > Threat policies > Advanced Delivery.
