Find and filter entities from the Questionnaire Validator table.

Demo: Sort and Filter Entities in the Questionnaire Validator Module

1. Select the Questionnaire Validator module to begin sorting and filtering entities.

2. Use the search input box to quickly find a specific entity by name or keyword across all columns.

3. You can also filter by Tag

4. Select the x in the search bar to clear the search.

5. Click the scanning status column header to sort or get insights about which entities are currently being scanned.

6. Sort entities by the number of questionnaire answers to highlight the most or least completed responses.

7. Click the Answers column header again to reverse or refine sorting by the number of answers provided.

8. Select the BreachRisk™ column to sort by the hacker's risk rating for each entity.

9. Sort by the Date Added column to organize entities by when they were entered in the system.

10. Sort the table by Date Assessed to see the most recently or least recently evaluated entities.

11. For power users, the filter menu at the bottom of the table provides advanced filtering options.

12. Select a filter field from the dropdown to refine or group entities by a specific property, such as risk level.

13. Select the column to specify filter criteria.

14. Enter a value in the filter field to further refine the filtered list of entities.

15. Close the filter menu to return to the main entity table view.
