This rollout is iterative in nature and involves many small adjustments and a few larger ones. This article will be periodically updated as changes become live.

The Cyber Questionnaire Validator
Insurance Questionnaire question #2 ("Does the Applicant have Critical Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (Critical CVEs) in their network?")
This question has emerged from beta
This question helps insurers know if any CVEs are present, even some false positives. Instead of removing this question, we have retained it but we have adjusted Hackers Additional Questions #1 to follow the more strict criteria of a hacker (read more below).
This question will return findings that meet the following criteria
Any CVE
That appears to be viable, via evidence or speculation
That has reached the "Suspected" or "Verified" confidence level
Hackers Additional Questions #1 now reads, "Does the Applicant have any known exploitable Critical Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (Critical CVEs) that can be verified to provide an attacker with unauthorized access to their data?"
The previous version of this question has been archived.
This question will now only return findings that meet the following criteria
Critical CVEs
That are viable
That have reached "Verified" confidence level
Pre-Claim Intervention
Tuned automated re-scanning of entities to ensure > 90% of entities in Your Book always have a scan that was completed within the last 45 business days (~60 calendar days).
BreachRisk™ Methodology
The underlying methodology used to find & analyze a company fairly & accurately.
No changes were made during the period of this update. However, updates were made in early February. To learn more about these changes, see the dedicated February 2026 Threat Library release notes article.
Bug Fixes and Miscellaneous Improvements
Improved: Various minor stability improvements
Improved: Significant improvements to load time when viewing a single entity.
Improved: Completing a first scan of a new entity takes significantly less time.
